The first elimination of the day came when Allen Hickman was sent to the rail by Zach Hyman when his [As5s] caught trips on a [5d5c2c8d6c] board against Hickman's [10h10d]. Hyman then had120,000.
A few hands later Hyman was involved in a six way limped pot. The flop came [AdKs9d] and action checked around to Cornel Andrew Cimpan in late position, who bet 800. Hyman raised to 2,500 from the button and after action folded back around to Cimpan. He made the call.

Scott Seiver continues to roll as the takes a pot from Shannon Shorr. On a board of [Ad4d2h7h2c] Scott Seiver bet 13,000 and Shorr called from behind. Seiver tabled [AhQh] for two pair, aces and twos with a queen kicker. He took down the pot e mudou-se para 130,000. Shorr dropped to 35,000.
Shorr got his big break here back in 2006 when he took down Bellagio Cup II for $960,000. Although it was before the WPT covered the event, Shorr beat out 324 players and a tough final table in Danny Wong, Men "The Master" Nguyen and Johan Storakers.
